Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between PoilNet and any person ("the Customer") making a purchase on the poilnet.shop website. Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

PoilNet offers pet grooming accessories for sale. Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, PoilNet cannot be held responsible for any error or omission in this presentation.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). PoilNet reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer at the address provided during the order process.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, via the payment methods offered on the site (credit card and other available methods).

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery terms are detailed in the Shipping Policy (see dedicated page). Indicated delivery times are approximate.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. The terms are detailed in the Return Policy (see dedicated page).

Article 8 — Liability

PoilNet cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product. PoilNet's liability cannot be engaged for delays or incidents related to transport, attributable to the carrier.

Article 9 — Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is used solely for the purpose of processing it and is in no case transferred to third parties, except for partners necessary for delivery (carrier).

Article 10 — Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
