Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to provide any reason.

How to Proceed

Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with its packaging, to be accepted.

Return Period

Once your withdrawal request has been notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

Return Costs

Defective or Non-Compliant Product
